Een sterk verbeterde versie van het oude Battleship-spel, met veel nieuwe functies. Groter bord (21 x 21), zowel defensieve als offensieve wapens (AA-Guns, Recon vliegtuigen, Bombers en zelfs ICBM's. Het spel biedt veel meer mogelijkheden voor strategie en is minder afhankelijk van willekeurige kansen voor de uitkomst. De lay-out van het spelersbord wordt samengesteld met behulp van een militair budget, met minimale quota voor offensieve en defensieve bewapening, plus een discretionair bedrag dat naar wens kan worden gebruikt. De speler moet alle schepen en andere offensieve en defensieve bewapening 'kopen'. Er is geen 'vast' assortiment van schepen - geen van de 1 Carrier, 1 Battleship, 2 Destroyers etc. Spelers zijn vrij om elk assortiment van schepen die ze wensen te kiezen - Alle dragers, 1/2 Battlesjips, 1/2 onderzeeërs etc.
